It happens, mostly with new channels or unusual formats. It is fixable and it is quick.
In Historial → Mensajes (History → Messages — the app is in Spanish for now), find the message. It may be:
The copier learns each channel's format as it reads it. A new channel is understood less well the first few times and better afterwards, without you doing anything. That learning belongs to that channel and is not mixed with any other.
If you want to speed it up, use the source's review history button: the channel's last few weeks are read in one go and learned from all at once, with nothing executed.
Some channels send the signal as a screenshot. They are not read yet; it is one of the next things coming.
Look at the minimum confidence you have set. If you raised it a lot, good signals get discarded along with the noise. Lower it a little and watch.
Write to us through the bot with the link to the message, or the text exactly as the channel published it. The formats it does not understand today are what make it understand them tomorrow.
Write to us in the bot and a person reads it. Tell us what you expected and what happened.
