When something goes wrong

The usual causes, and what to check first.

The terminal shows as disconnected
Four things to check, in the order that solves it fastest.
The signal was read but no trade opened
The copier always says why. Where to read the reason.
“The symbol does not exist in your terminal”
Your broker calls it something else, or does not offer it.
The lot comes out too big or too small
Almost always the risk setting or the broker’s minimum.
The channel posted a signal and it was not recognised
Teach it once and it will not ask again for that channel.
Duplicate trades were opened
Edited messages, reposts, and two terminals on the same account.
