There are about ninety settings. You do not have to touch them all, and at the start you should not.
That is why the configuration comes in three levels. Changing level changes nothing you already had: it only changes how much is shown to you.
What actually decides the result: how much you risk, how many orders are opened, what happens to the stop and the targets, and how far a bad day is allowed to go.
With this configured, the copier already does a sensible job. Start here and do not move until you have a few weeks behind you.
Adds the fine tuning: how to enter when the price has already moved, trading hours, which messages count as signals, how the volume is split between targets, automatic management.
This is the level you reach once you have seen the copier working and know what bothers you about how it does things.
Everything else, including the sanity checks that keep an absurd signal away from your account. They can be switched off, at your own responsibility, because the engine imposes nothing; but if you do not know exactly what one does, leave it alone.
Configuration belongs to each channel. A gold scalping channel and a swing index channel are not configured the same way, and have no reason to share risk.
