Closing your account and deleting your data

You ask through the bot and we do it. There is no small print.

How

Write to us in the bot asking for your account to be deleted. We confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your Telegram session and your phone number.
• Your channels and all their configuration.
• Your history of messages and trades, and your statistics.
• Your linked terminals.

What stays

Billing data, for as long as tax law requires. That is the only exception and it is not up to us.

What to do first

Deleting your account does not close your trades. Anything open stays at your broker with its stop and its target, and nobody will manage it.

Decide beforehand what you are doing with them.

And if you want to keep your history, ask before deleting: you are entitled to a copy of your data and we will give it to you.

If you only want to stop

Nothing needs deleting:

• Pause a channel and it stops being read, without losing its history.
• Close the Telegram session and no signal comes in from any channel. See Closing your session.
• Cancel the plan and the account drops to Shadow, which is free, when the paid period ends.

Deleting is for when you want nothing left.

Your other rights

Besides deletion, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, restrict it, object to a processing or take it with you. All through the bot, from the Telegram account you use for the service. It is in the privacy policy.
