Inside Telegram, with Telegram Stars. You open the bot, pick the plan and pay right there. We neither ask for nor touch card details: Telegram handles the charge with the method you already have set up.
Whenever you like. What was left of the previous plan is discounted, so you do not pay twice for the same days.
The change is immediate: the new limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The change applies when the period you already paid for ends. Until then you keep what you have.
When it drops, if you had more channels or terminals than the new plan allows, you are asked to choose which you keep. Nothing is deleted without you deciding, and open positions are not closed.
The monthly plan renews by itself and is cancelled from Telegram whenever you like. It stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the account drops to the Shadow plan by itself.
The quarterly and yearly plans are a single payment: they do not renew by themselves, they expire on their date, and we warn you beforehand so you can decide. The quarter works out 10% cheaper than paying month to month, and the year 25%: that is three months free.
Because you can try the whole Pro plan free for seven days, and the Shadow plan never expires, payments are not refundable. The exceptions are in the terms of use: a duplicate or erroneous charge, a failure of ours that prevents use of the service and that we do not resolve within a reasonable time, or where the law of your country requires it.
We may change prices with advance notice, and it never affects a period already paid for. On the yearly plan, your price is fixed until it expires.
