What we keep and what we do not
The short version of the privacy policy, in plain words.
First things first
Each customer's data is theirs and theirs alone. Nothing is shared between users. Your session reads only the chats you chose, your configuration is yours and your history is yours. No other user sees any of it.
What we keep
- Your Telegram id, name and phone number.
- Your Telegram session, encrypted, to read the chats you ticked.
- The channels you chose and their configuration.
- The messages of those channels and how they were interpreted, so you can see what was decided and why. Also the images those channels post.
- Your terminals: broker, server, account number and balance, which are needed to calculate risk.
- Your copier orders and positions, and your billing data.
- Technical logs of connections and errors.
What we do not keep
- Your MetaTrader account password. It is not asked for, not needed, and in none of our databases.
- Your card details. Payment is through Telegram Stars; Telegram handles the charge.
- Your Telegram two-step verification password: it is used only at the moment of opening the session.
- Your private conversations.
What the system learns
It learns the format each channel publishes in, so it can read it better. That is information about a third-party channel, not about you: it does not include who follows it, nor your configuration, nor your trades.
Deleting all of it
Ask through the bot and we delete your configuration, your session, your phone number and your history, and confirm when it is done. See Closing your account.
