Your account panel: what is open, and acting on it

Every trading account has its panel. You open it by tapping the account under Account → Trading accounts (or in the accounts card on Home). It is the screen for when you want to see what you have open right now and act without opening MetaTrader.

What it shows at the top

  • Right now: how much is floating, positive or negative, adding up everything open.
  • Open positions and how many lots they add up to.
  • If the stops get hit: how much you would lose if every open position hit its stop at once. It is the number worth checking before going to sleep. If any position has no stop, it cannot be fully worked out, and it says so.
  • No stop: how many are unprotected.
  • Balance, equity with what is open, and free margin, as your broker reports them.

Acting on several at once

First you choose which ones: all, the winners, the losers, the ones with no stop, one symbol or one channel. Then the button:

  • Close the chosen ones.
  • Stop to entry: moves the stop to the entry price (with a small margin in your favour). It only does it where the position is already in profit and where it genuinely improves the stop it has; on the others it touches nothing and tells you why.
  • Cancel the pending orders that have not executed yet.

Every action is confirmed before it goes out, it is logged, and the bot tells you what was done.

Acting on one

Each position has its buttons:

  • To entry: the stop to the entry, under the same conditions as above.
  • Half: closes half the volume, rounded down to your broker's lot step (0.15 lots → closes 0.07 and 0.08 remain). If the position can no longer be split, it says so instead of doing nothing.
  • Stop: opens a bar to move the stop by dragging, with ±10 and ±100 pip jumps and "To entry". Below it you see, in money, what you lock in or risk if price gets there. It will not let you put the stop on the wrong side of price or glued to it.
  • Close that whole position.
  • View chart: the symbol's candles as your broker serves them, with your entry, your stop and your target marked, on M5, M15, M30 or H1.

On the chart (Copier Pro)

Every line carries its name and its money: PE (your entry), SL and TP with the distance from the entry and what you lock in or risk if price gets there. With Copier Pro, on top of that:

  • Drag the stop or the target right on the chart. When you let go, a sheet says "Move the stop from A to B", what it means and on how many positions; nothing goes to the broker until you tap Apply. It will not let you put the stop on the wrong side of price or glued to it.
  • Price alerts: the 🔔 Alert button asks you for a price; when price gets there (we check every minute on your terminal's candles), the bot notifies you and the alert switches itself off. Up to 20 live at once. It is a notice: it opens and closes nothing.

Without Pro, a tap on the stop line opens the usual editor.

How the day has gone

A block with what closed today in that account, counted in your time zone: total, how many won and lost, the best and the worst, and the split by channel.

If something goes wrong

  • Close everything and pause: closes every open position in that account and leaves it paused, so nothing new comes in while you decide.
  • Pause the account: it stops receiving new orders; what is open runs its course with its stop and target. The same button resumes it.
  • Remove this account: it stops receiving orders and disappears from your list. Whatever you have open at the broker is not touched.

How often it refreshes

Your account sends its data every 25 seconds and the panel repaints itself every 20 while you are looking at it (not while you are moving a stop or looking at the chart). When you do something, fresh data is requested at once. At worst, the money you see is 25 seconds old.

Take care

What you do here goes to your real broker, exactly as if you did it in MetaTrader. That is why everything is confirmed first and logged.
